Client Profile: A fast-growing radiology provider with currently 15 centers in Germany and Switzerland, planning to grow by 5 centers per year in the in- and outpatient sector, with further internationalization.
Project Scope & Objectives
The project aimed to develop and implement a standardized shift and remuneration model that ensures fairness, transparency, and operational efficiency. Key objectives included:
Creating a shift model guideline tailored to outpatient and inpatient settings.
Implementing a time-tracking system, including necessary hardware.
Developing an easy-to-understand employee brochure with practical examples.
Designing a remuneration model that accounts for different shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Providing a corresponding guideline and employee brochure for remuneration structure clarity.
